Method
- Chop pineapple into chunks.
- Put into an electric mixie.
- Add spinach leaves, salt, sugar, lemon juice.
- Run till pineapple turns to a smooth pulp.
- Add 100 ml. chilled water, run till smooth.
- Strain through a fine juice strainer.
- Pour into 4 glasses, refrigerate till required.
Just before Serving:
- Chop mint leaves fine, sprinkle in each glass.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, pepper in each glass.
- Pour half bottle soda into each glass.
- Serve frothing chilled soda cooler immediately.
