Aloo Tikkis
Method
  1. Boil potatoes. Peel and mash when cool.
  2. Mix with bread crumbs, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt.
  3. Make 12-15 balls from the mixture.
  4. Flatten between the palms to make patties.
  5. Shallow fry in hot oil on a griddle till golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 500 gms
Bread crumbs (depends on the quality of potatoes) - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Green chillies, deseeded and chopped - 4
Coriander leaves, chopped - 1/2 cup
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
