Cauliflower Soup
Method
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry onions till transparent.
  2. Add cauliflower and fry for 5 mins.
  3. Add potatoes, tomatoes, salt and water and cook for 20 mins on low heat.
  4. Reserve some cauliflower florets for garnish.
  5. Liquidize the boiled mixture in a blender and strain it.
  6. Mix cornflour with 4 tbsp of water.
  7. Pour into the liquidized soup and bring to a boil, add salt.
  8. Add black pepper.
  9. Garnish with cauliflower florets and cream.
Ingredients:
Cauliflower, cut into florets - 1 kg
Large potato, peeled and cut into pieces - 1
Large tomatoes, chopped - 2
Medium onion, chopped - 1
Water - 1 lt
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cream for garnish
Salt to taste
