Method
Soak the dals overnight, drain in the morning. Peel and grate the potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients. Divide the mixture in small balls and give them a shape you like.
Coat them in the bread crumbs. Heat the oil. Deep-fry all the patties.
Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
