Dal and Aloo Patty

Method
  1. Soak the dals overnight, drain in the morning. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients. Divide the mixture in small balls and give them a shape you like.
  3. Coat them in the bread crumbs. Heat the oil. Deep-fry all the patties.
  4. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
Ingredients:
150 g - chana dal
150 g - moong dal
2 or 3 - potato
2 - onion
3 to 4 tsp - gram flour
150 g - cottage cheese
mashed bread crumbs for coating
few spinach leaves
red pepper to taste
oil for deep frying
salt to taste
