Finger Chips

  1. Remove the outer skin from potateos and cut them into even sized finger like pieces.

  2. Put into salted water.

  3. Wash once or twice.

  4. Spread over a towel to remove excess moisture, deep fry in hot oil till golden color.

  5. Then, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Have with Tomato Ketchup or Sauce.

Potatoes - 1/2 Kg.
Pepper or Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
