Method
In a pressure cooker, add oil then add mustard seeds.
When they splutter, add onions and fry till transparent.
Add green chillies, turmeric and salt.
Fry for 2 minutes, then add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Pressure cook up to 2 whistles.
Then, before serving, add lime juice.
Tastes best with pooris.

Ingredients:
5-6 - large potatoes, chopped into small cubes
