Method
Take grated potato in a bowl.
Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, red chilli powder & amchur powder in a bowl.
Mix well.
Now take a round papad, spread little water on it & place the stuffing on it.
Make a roll of the papad, folding it from all 4 sides.
Now fry that roll on low flame in a non stick frying pan till the papad is done.
Serve it hot with ketchup.
