Method
  1. Chop the boiled potatoes & the onions.

  2. In a pan, add some oil. When the oil gets heated, season the oil with asafoetida, mustard seeds & cumin seeds. When the mustard seeds begin to crackle, add chopped onions & the curry leaves. Stir fry until the onions turn golden brown in color.

  3. Add turmeric powder. Stir fry once again. Sprinkle some water over it. Add cumin powder, chilli powder, salt, jaggery. Mix well.

  4. Add the chopped pototoes. Cover the pan with the lid. After some time, mix well & finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
Pototoes 3-4 (Boiled)
Onions 2 in no.
Curry leaves 5-6
Mustard seeds 1 tspn
Cumin seeds 1 tspn
Asafoetida A pinch
Turmeric powder 1 tspn
Chilli powder 1 tspn
Cumin powder 1 tspn
Jaggery marble size
Coriander leaves For garnishing.
Oil
Salt As per one's taste.
Coriander leaves to garnish
