Method
  1. Make the dough a bit tougher.
  2. Mix all the 1 to 7 gredients and stuff it inside the 1/2 rolled Parotta and roll it further.
  3. You should be very careful the parotta doesnt tear off.
  4. Put the tawa, deep cook the parotta with oil or ghee.
  5. For side dish, u can have any raitha's preferbly onion raitha.

For Parotta:
atta
oil
salt
For stuffing:
potatoes, boiled and mashed
green chillies, finely chopped
coriander leaves, finely chopped
coriander powder - 1 tsp
jeera powder - 1 tsp
red chilly powder
salt to taste
