Method
Mash the boiled potato.
Chop the coriander leaves finely.
Add the potato, coriander, salt and curd and mix well.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
Add the split urad dhal, asafoetida and curry leaves.
Pour this into the curd.
