Potatoes with Pepper

Method
  1. Pressure cook the potatoes and peas together for 5 mins. Strain. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat the ghee or oil in a karahi or skillet, preferably a non stick one. Add the potatoes and peas; stir fry for 5 mins. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and remove.
  3. Serve hot. You may serve with a little lime juice and 1 tsp. of butter sprinkled all over.
Ingredients:
4 - large potatoes
1/2 cup - shelled peas
2 tbsp - ghee or refined oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - freshly ground pepper
