2 cubes - cheese (grated)
4 bunches - spinach (finely chopped)
8 - medium sized potatoes
10 tbsp - arrowroot powder
10 to 12 - green chillies (finely chopped)
3 tbsp - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
3 to 4 tsp - red chilli powder
2 tsp - mango powder
oil for deep frying
1 pinch - cooking soda
salt to taste
