Method

  1. Seive maida with salt in a bowl.

  2. Peel the potatoes as soon as they are boiled, potatoes should be warm.

  3. Mix, 2-3 potato with flour & knead, don't add water. Add more potato if you think it is required to make the dough.

  4. Make small balls, give them bhatura shape & deep fry.

  5. Serve with either Chick Peas Curry or Aaloo Ki Subji.

Ingredients:
Potato 4-5 (boiled & warm)
All Purpose Flour (Maida) 2 cup
Salt to taste
