Seive maida with salt in a bowl.
Peel the potatoes as soon as they are boiled, potatoes should be warm.
Mix, 2-3 potato with flour & knead, don't add water. Add more potato if you think it is required to make the dough.
Make small balls, give them bhatura shape & deep fry.
Serve with either Chick Peas Curry or Aaloo Ki Subji.
