Quick Tinda Curry

Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustardsseed.
  2. Add grated potato and stir well.
  3. Squeeze out excess water from grated onion and add garlic paste, onion to the kadhai.
  4. Add all the masala and stir fry.
  5. Add grated tinda and cook for 3 to 5 min.
  6. Finally add salt to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with chappati and pulkas..
Ingredients:
2 medium size potato, grated
2 tinda, grated
mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 medium-size onion, grated
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1&1/2 tsp corainder powder
1 tbsp kitchen masala powder or fish curry powder
Salt to taste
