Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil make a dough tightly.
  2. Make dough in to 10 pieces.
  3. Roll the dough in to small pooris.
  4. Heat the oil in the kadai.
  5. Deep fry the pooris in the oil.
  6. Serve it with curds, pudina chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup - wheat flour
2 tsp - bombay ravva
half tsp - jeera
3 - green chillies
curry leaves
coriander
salt to tasta
water to knead dough
oil to deep fry pooris
