Method
  1. Heat 3 cups of water pour the Rava into it, stir well so that there are no lumps.
  2. Boil the rava till it is soft, about 4-5 mins.
  3. In a bowl mix ragi flour with the rest of the water.
  4. Ensure that there are no lumps and gently pour this mixture into boiling rava and water.
  5. Keep stirring till the consistency of a thick paste is reached.
  6. Do not try to make it into balls keep the consistency a little bit more watery than traditional mudde.
  7. Serve it hot with ghee and sambar.
  8. It tastes very good with Avarekaalu (Toovar Lilva/Indian Bean seeds) Sambar.

1 cup - rava
1 cup - ragi flour
5 cups - water
