Method
- Heat 3 cups of water pour the Rava into it, stir well so that there are no lumps.
- Boil the rava till it is soft, about 4-5 mins.
- In a bowl mix ragi flour with the rest of the water.
- Ensure that there are no lumps and gently pour this mixture into boiling rava and water.
- Keep stirring till the consistency of a thick paste is reached.
- Do not try to make it into balls keep the consistency a little bit more watery than traditional mudde.
- Serve it hot with ghee and sambar.
- It tastes very good with Avarekaalu (Toovar Lilva/Indian Bean seeds) Sambar.
