Method
Mix rawa, curd and water.
Keep aside for at least 1 hour for fermentation.
Add all the vegetables and coriander.
Mix properly.
Can also add green chillies for spice.
Now add salt and pepper according to the taste.
Heat a nonstick tawa.
Spread little butter/ oil over the tawa once heated.
Now spread the mixture carefully over the tawa.
Once cooked properly, turn over and let it get crisp.
Serve immediately with sauce/green chutney.
