Sooji ka cheela

Method
  1. Mix rawa, curd and water.
  2. Keep aside for at least 1 hour for fermentation.
  3. Add all the vegetables and coriander.
  4. Mix properly.
  5. Can also add green chillies for spice.
  6. Now add salt and pepper according to the taste.
  7. Heat a nonstick tawa.
  8. Spread little butter/ oil over the tawa once heated.
  9. Now spread the mixture carefully over the tawa.
  10. Once cooked properly, turn over and let it get crisp.
  11. Serve immediately with sauce/green chutney.
Ingredients:
2 cups - rawa
1 cup - yoghurt
1/2 cup - water
Chopped vegetables (onion, tomato,capsicum)
1 - grated carrot
1/4 bowl - peas
Coriander
Salt & Pepper to taste
