Method
- Soak dal, rice and chillies for 3 hours and grind them with enough water.
- Add asefoetida, curry leaves and salt to ground paste and mix well.
- Heat a tava, spread some oil and pour a spoonful of batter.
- Sprinkle some oil on top and sides of the dosa and cook.
- Turn over and cook again.
- Serve with chammanthi
