Coconut Chutney Rice

Method
  1. Cook rice and keep aside.
  2. Grind coconut, salt, a pinch of tamarind, 1 pod of garlic, corinder leaves, chiilles to a smooth paste.
  3. In a kadai, saute curry leaves, mustard and cumin.
  4. Add onions and fry well.
  5. Add the ground paste to this and cook well (5-8 mins).
  6. Now mix the rice.
  7. Garnish with cashew and coriander.
Ingredients:
1 cup - fresh grated coconut
3 - green chilies
1 - onion, chopped
2 - red chillies
rice
bunch of coriander leaves
mustard
cumin
salt to taste
