Blend the coconut , red chillies , mustard seeds and tamarind paste or juice in a food processor or a blender without adding water.
Heat oil in a pan or kadai, add the whole peanuts fry it till it turns light brown. Then add the curry leaves and then add the blended masala. Fry this paste for 5 to 6 mts or until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Add salt to the masala and mix it with rice. Eat it hot and enjoy.
