Dry roast urad daal until nice aroma comes out and they turn brownish
Pressure cook with 2 cups water upto 4 whistles
Mash the cooked daal to form a paste
In a flat vessel, take 4 cups rice flour. Add red chill powder,jeera,salt (and melted butter if you like).
Add the flour paste and mix everything. Add some more water if desired and make a soft dough
Make murukkus with (Muruku making device)chakli and deep fry in oil
