Method
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, add a handful of poha and deep fry for a few seconds. Remove from the oil and put on a plate.
- In the same oil, add and fry the peanuts until brown color and keep them aside.
- Now deep fry the cashews until light brown color and remove from the oil.
- Combine the deep fried poha, peanuts, cashews and all the spices in a wide bowl and mix well.
- You can adjust the spice levels according to your taste.
- Store the chivda in a air tight container and serve as a tea time snack.
