Method- Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and star anise.
- After a few seconds, add garlic, onion and green chilli.
- Saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add mushroom and peas and stir well.
- Wash and rinse the rice.
- Add the rice. Saute for a minute.
- Add salt, coconut milk and water.
- Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
- Cool and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with any raita or chips.
