Method
- Mix maida with rice flour, salt, cooking soda, chopped gree chillies, chopped ginger and cumin seeds.
- Add curd, make it into a vada batter consistancy. Cover it with a lid and keep aside for 1 hour. Heat oil for deep frying.
- Shape the batter into round bondas.
- Fry them on low flame till golden in color.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
