Method
Cook the rice as usual.
When the rice is about to be finished, add milk and jaggery.
Cook on a low flame.
Fry cashewnuts till light brown. Powder cardamom.
Once the jaggery has melted and the rice is done, add cashews and powdered cardamom and mix well. Serve.
Ingredients:
250 g - rice
1/2 cup - cashew nuts
1/4 cup - milk
2 lemon size - jaggery
2 - elaichi
