Method
- Make a puree of mint leaves, chilli and some water.
- Heat oil in pressure Cooker
- Add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, shajeera to oil
- Fry for one minute.
- Add chopped onions and fry for one more minute
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes
- Add mint puree and peas/corn and fry until oil comes out from sides.
- Add washed rice, water, salt and ghee
- Put the cooker lid and cook to two whistles
- Allow cooker to cool
- Garnich with Coriander.
