Method
Roast rice flour in 50g ghee; when the aroma appears, remove from fire and keep aside.
Dilute the jaggery in water and strain the dirt.
Mix the jaggery with the rice powder; stir in the remaining ghee.
Keep stirring, when it leaves the sides of pan, add grated coconut and cardomom powder.
Remove from fire. Serves 4.
