Soaking Saboodana :
This is the only time-consuming part of this dish. So, you can soak larger quantities and keep them deep frozen. De-freeze a cup-ful when needed.
Pour Saboodana in a large deep bowl. add sufficient water. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Drain all water. Keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
Saboodana will become soft to its core, and it will be dry and loose to handle.
Preparing The Dish :
Chop peanuts into coarse grains. Mix it with saboodana.
In a frying pan, heat oil. Add cumins & chopped green chillis.
Add Saboodana & peanut mixture. Add salt to taste. Stir well.
Add ghee, stir and serve.

Ingredients:
saboodana ( tapioca ) 1 cup
peanuts, roasted. 1/3 cup
chopped green chillis: 2 ( add more if you like spicy)
cumin seeds( jeera) 1/4 spoon
ghee : 1 spoon
oil : 1 spoon
salt to taste.
