Slightly fry the rice flour.
Mix it with warm water until like a chapatti dough.
Put it a murrukku machine with small holes, place the sevai in idli plates.
Boil it in pressure cooker like we do for idlis.
After done, let it cool.
In a pan, add some oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric.
Mix this to the sevai, add salt and lemon juice.
