Method

  1. Slightly fry the rice flour.

  2. Mix it with warm water until like a chapatti dough.

  3. Put it a murrukku machine with small holes, place the sevai in idli plates.

  4. Boil it in pressure cooker like we do for idlis.

  5. After done, let it cool.

  6. In a pan, add some oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric.

  7. Mix this to the sevai, add salt and lemon juice.

Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour,
2 green chillies,
curry leaves,
salt to taste,
lemon juice,
turmeric pd 1/2 sp
mustard seeds 1/2 sp.
