Simple fried rice

Method
  1. Cook rice and allow it to cool on a plate.
  2. Add a few drops of ghee or olive oil to it and separate it into grains. Keep this aside.
  3. Grind ginger and garlic together into a paste.
  4. In a pan, take 2 tsp of olive oil and add the ginger garlic paste as well as chopped vegetables.
  5. Saute well for few minutes and add 1/4 cup of water and cook the vegetables till tender.
  6. Once done add the rice, salt, paprika, garam masala and chilly powder to it and saute till everything blends well.
  7. Yummy friend rice is done.
  8. Serve it hot with potato chips.

1 cup - rice
1 cup - mixed diced vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potato etc)
1/4 inch piece - ginger
4 cloves - garlic
2 tsp - paprika
Chilly powder to taste
1/2 tsp - garam masala
Salt to taste
Olive oil
