Soya Tomato Dosa

Method

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.

  2. Make a semi thick batter with 1 1/2 cups water. See that there are no lumps.

  3. In a small kadai heat 1 tsp ghee. Add 1/2 tsp mustard and once done add to dosa batter. Rest covered for 15 mins.

  4. Take a tawa. Heat on medium gas. Season it with a little oil. Take a ladle of the batter and swirl on tawa. Add a little oil. When done turn over. Add a little oil. Cook till done. It is important that the dosa cooks on low/medium heat.

  5. Serve hot with Chutney of your choice.

Ingredients:
Soya Flour- 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Grated Tomatoes- 1 cup
Grated Green Chillies-1 tsp
Dhaniya Patta- 1 tsp
Saboot Jeera- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
