Method
- Beat jaggery into a fine powder.
- Add half a cup of water and filter out the dirt.
- Mix rice flour with 2 cups of water to form into a dosa batter.
- Add powdered jaggery and cardamom powder, mix well into dosa consistency ensuring that there are no jaggery lumps.
- Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Place a pan on heat, rub one teaspoon oil all over the pan.
- Spread batter in the form of dosa.
- Allow to cook into brown colour on both sides adding oil as required.
- This is a speciality of Karnataka.
- Sweet dosa is prepared especially on Saraswati Pooja Day during Dussehra.

100g - jaggery, powdered
2 cups - water
Oil for shallow fry
2 tsp - cardamom powder
