Method
  1. Powder the rice,dhals ,vendhayam without frying using blender.Make the powder little bit coarse.
  2. To the powdered mix add butter milk ,salt ,water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Using oil fry the green chillies and mustard.Add it to the mixture.
  4. Depending on the concentration of the mixture either u can prepare Dosai using Thava or u can prepare adai.
Note :
This is a very simple tiffin.
My mother -in-law used to make this often and is a hot favorite of my hubby.
Ingredients:
Raw Rice 1 cup
Thoor Dhal 1/4 cup
Vendhayam 2 Tbsp
Urad Dhal 2 Tbsp
Channa dhal 2 Tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp
Butter Milk less than 1/4 cup
Mustard 1 Tbps
Green chillies 3 nos
Oil 3 Tbps
