Method
- Powder the rice,dhals ,vendhayam without frying using blender.Make the powder little bit coarse.
- To the powdered mix add butter milk ,salt ,water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Using oil fry the green chillies and mustard.Add it to the mixture.
- Depending on the concentration of the mixture either u can prepare Dosai using Thava or u can prepare adai.
Note :
This is a very simple tiffin.
My mother -in-law used to make this often and is a hot favorite of my hubby.
