Method
  1. Boil the milk for 7-8 min, add condensed milk, sugar and boil again.
  2. Let it cool, add some rose syrup and dry fruits to it.
  3. Keep it in a closed container and deep freeze.
  4. It should not be frozen very hard.
  5. Now in a pan boil water and put vermicelli and boil till vermicelli softens.
  6. Keep it aside for cooling, when it becomes cool put it in the ice cream
Ingredients:
1 litre - milk
sugar to taste
1/2 can - condensed milk
1 to 2 tsp - rose syrup
1 tbsp - vermicelli
dry fruits
