500gms - fine semolina
6-8 - green chillies (chopped very fine)
1 tsp - mustard seeds
3 tsp - split urad dal with out husk
1-inch - ginger piece, chopped very fine
8 - curry patta leaves, chopped fine
2 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp - cashew pieces
1 tbsp - oil
1/2 tsp - cumin
