Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients one by one and knead into dough.
  2. Keep it aside for 1 - 2 hrs.
  3. Make big balls off the above dough.
  4. Roll them out into slightly big & thick rounds.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Fry well in oil.
  7. Serve hot with chana masala.
Ingredients:
all purpose flour(maida) - 2 cups
semolina(sooji/rava) - 3/4 cup
curd - 3 tbsp
ghee - 3 tsp
soda - 1/2 tsp
salt - as reqd
water - as reqd
oil for frying
