Method
Take the malai and add salt ,semolina,and green chillis finely cutted in small pieces. Mix well .
Take one slice of bread,and put this mixtures on both side.
Take a pan and make it hot(dont add oil)
Put the slice on fan,and that malai start melting.
Bake till it turn browmn from both side.
The slice are ready to eat.

5 to 6 pieces - bread
100 g or 1cup - semolina
1 cup - malai
3 to 4 - green chillis
salt as per taste
