Cheese paratha

Method

For stuffing:

  1. Wash and chop the spinach
  2. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, fry chopped garlic.
  3. Add the spinach and chopped caulifower.
  4. Stir fry the vegetables and keep aside.
  5. Add grated cheese and a pinch of salt to the vegetables.

For paratha:

  1. Knead the wheat flour as usual and make small balls.
  2. Take 1 ball, stuff the spinach mixture and roll out into parathas.
  3. Cook on both sides, with a little oil.
  4. Enjoy the paratha with curd.
Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach
50g cauliflower
50gm grated cheese
1 tsp crushed garlic
Salt as per taste
250g wheat flour
Oil for cooking
