Chickpea and Spinach Curry

Method
  1. Pour oil in a kadai and add finely chopped onions.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few mins.
  3. Add chopped green chillies.
  4. Later add tomato puree, garam masala, salt and pepper.
  5. Add some water and let it cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  6. Add spinach leaves and cook for 2 mins, then add cooked chickpeas
  7. Add some water and let it cook for 10 mins
  8. Serve hot with rice or chapathi....
Ingredients:
1 - onion, finely chopped
2 - tomatoes, pureed
3 - green chillies, chopped
1 cup - cooked chickpeas
1 cup - chopped spinach
1 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp - pepper powder
1 tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
