Green tikkis

Method
  1. Boil the spinach and mustard leaves with the ginger and garlic till soft.
  2. Drain out the excess water and grind to a paste.
  3. Now, mix in the chopped mint and green chillies and the bread crumbs and also the besan.
  4. Shape into round tikkis and fry in hot till crispy and golden brown.
Ingredients:
1 cup sarson saag (mustard leaves, chopped finely)
1 cup spinach leaves (chopped)
1 pod garlic
1/2 inch piece ginger
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 tbsps besan
2 green chillies, finely chopped
Oil for deep frying
