Method
Boil the spinach and mustard leaves with the ginger and garlic till soft.
Drain out the excess water and grind to a paste.
Now, mix in the chopped mint and green chillies and the bread crumbs and also the besan.
Shape into round tikkis and fry in hot till crispy and golden brown.

1 cup sarson saag (mustard leaves, chopped finely)
1 cup spinach leaves (chopped)
1 pod garlic
1/2 inch piece ginger
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 tbsps besan
2 green chillies, finely chopped
Oil for deep frying
