Method
- Mix above with water into pouring consistency. Do not add oil.
- Heat non-stick pan or dossa tava.
- Pour some oil and pour 1 tbsp of the mix at a time and spread evenly.
- Make thin layer. Cook both side and serve with pickle.

1 cup - kuttu ka atta
1 cup - chopped palak
1 tbsp - dalia
1 tbsp - sesame seeds
green chilli, chopped
oil for shallow frying
salt
