Methi Paalak Dhokla

Method
  1. Take a bowl add the paalak methi leaves, rice flour, besan, turmeric.
  2. Mix well adding water to it, making a dosa like batter.
  3. Let this batter rest for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Then add the remaining spices salt and fruit salt.
  5. Spread it on a greased plate and steam it.
  6. When it is done, cut into the desired shape.
  7. Tadka with mustard seeds, curry leaves and decorate with grated coconut.
Ingredients:
1 cup - mixture of palak and methi leaves
80g - rice flour
50g - besan
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
1 tbsp - mustard seeds
5 to 6 - curry leaves
1 tsp - grated fresh coconut
1 tsp - green chilli & ginger paste
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
a pinch of sugar
1 tsp - fruit salt
