Method-
Clean rice and cook it.
- Grind pudina leaves, garlic, ginger and chillies into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and onion; fry till golden brown.
- Add pudina paste and rice mix well.
- Serve hot with sauce garnished with coriander.
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
small bunch of pudina/mint
2-3 garlic
Small piece of ginger
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
Salt to taste
1 chopped onion
