Method

  1. Take a vessel add oil & mustard seeds.

  2. Once mustard seeds spluters add hing (asafoetida).

  3. Add chopped spinach. Fry for 2 minutes. Let cool it for 5 minutes in a bowl Then add yogurt & salt. Mix well.

It tastes good with all breads (Chapati, Naan & Paratha). Enjoy

Ingredients:

1 bunch Spinach (Washed & finely chopped)
2 cups Yogurt
Pinch of Hing & Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
