Corn Spinach Pulao

Method
  1. Wash and cook the rice and keep aside
  2. Boil the corn
  3. Heat oil in the pan
  4. Add shahi jeera, garlic ginger paste, chopped green chillies and chopped onion
  5. When they turn brown add the chopped tomatoes
  6. When they are done add chopped spinach and salt
  7. When the spinach leaves are cooked, add corn and rice
  8. Mix well; add coriander leaves
  9. Enjoy as whole meal
Ingredients:
500 g - basmati rice
100 g - american corn
1 - bunch spinach
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1 cup - coriander leaves
2 to 3 - green chillies
1 tbsp - garlic ginger paste
1 tsp - shahi jeera
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
