Method
  1. Dissolve yeast in a little water.
  2. Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
  3. Add yeast liquid and sugar – salt solution to sieved wholemeal flour, cream fat and knead well.
  4. Divide into round balls.
  5. Roll, mould and pan the dough.
  6. Leave dough under a wet cloth for the dough to rise (atleast for 45 mins.)
  7. Spray surface lightly with water.
  8. Bake at 205°C for 30 mins.
  9. Brush with fat after baking.
Ingredients:
750 g - wholemeal flour
15 g - sugar
15 g - fat
15 g - salt
20 g - dry yeast
750 g - lukewarm water

For brushing:
5 g - fat
