Method
- Dissolve yeast in a little water.
- Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
- Add yeast liquid and sugar – salt solution to sieved wholemeal flour, cream fat and knead well.
- Divide into round balls.
- Roll, mould and pan the dough.
- Leave dough under a wet cloth for the dough to rise (atleast for 45 mins.)
- Spray surface lightly with water.
- Bake at 205°C for 30 mins.
- Brush with fat after baking.
Ingredients: 750 g - wholemeal flour
15 g - sugar
15 g - fat
15 g - salt
20 g - dry yeast
750 g - lukewarm water
For brushing:
5 g - fat
