Method
  1. Roast moong dal very well.
  2. Cool and grind to a fine powder.
  3. Add sugar and cardamom powder to the ground dal.
  4. Mix well and slowly add as much warm ghee as needed.
  5. Shape into laddus and decorate with cashewnuts or raisins.
Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Cashew nuts, raisins
