4 - garlic poppadums
2 tbsps - vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, finely chopped
225 gms - lean minced mutton
1-2 green chillies, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 tsp - mild chilli powder
1 tbsp - tomato puree
1/2 tsp - ground turmeric
1 tsp - ground cumin
2 tsp - coriander
1/2 tsp - paprika
400 gms - chopped tomatoes
225 gms - red kidney beans, boiled
To garnish: chilli peppers (optional)
