Boil the arbi and when cool mashed it. Make a smooth paste of mustard seed, green chillies, salt together. Mix them in aarbi and also the oil. Serve hot.
Arbi - 250 gm
Mustard seed (white) - 3 tsp which soaked in 1/2 cup of hot water for 20 minutes
Green Chillies - 5 nos
- 2 tsp
Mustard Oil - 2 tsp.
