  1. Put the sliced ash gourd, cucumber, leaves, and the green chilly (optional). Extract the juice.
  2. Squeeze lime juice, and stir.
  3. Serve.
  4. This is an excellent health drink and a detox. This is perfect for weight watchers and those on a diet.

Variations: Can add 2 o r 3 carrots, 1 snake gourd and 3 or 4 garlic cloves.

Ash Gourd - 250 gm, peeled and cut lengthwise
Cucumber - 1, peeled and cut lengthwise
Ivy gourd - A hand full
Coriander leaves, curry leaves, mint leaves - A little
Green chilly - 1 (optional, just for making the drink spicy)
Lemon juice - 1
